CRANE is a network of 156 local faith-based organisations working with children at risk in Uganda. CRANE members collaborate together to help keep children safe.
CRANE’s vision is to see that children are safe, well, and thriving in God’s plan as they fulfil their God-given potential.
CRANE’s mission is to Connect People, to Build Quality Capacity, Deliver Collective Action and Build City Influence to maximise children’s contributions.
Life in its fullness for all children is realised through CRANE’s work because the network members can achieve more by working together.
CRANE is uniquely positioned to respond to the intersecting crises facing Uganda’s children. Having had significant success in influencing Government policy, CRANE will continue to demonstrate and lead an agenda that benefits children.
CRANE’s strategy is built around three pillars: Safe, Thrive, and Learn, so that children are living life in all its fulness.
